2. Wait for our confirmation email. We will usually reply within 24 hours. Please check your SPAM/JUNK folder if you do not see our email within your Inbox. To ensure that our emails will reach you, please add our email address (brickspage@gmail.com) into your email Contact List.
3. Upon confirmation of availability of products, please make payment within 48 hours to the account number indicated in the email or our Payment Policy page. If no payment is received within 48 hours, order will be cancelled and the item/stock(s) will be relisted to the next buyers.
4. After bank-in, please email us at brickspage@gmail.com with the following details:
a. Order Reference No.
b. Your Name and Contact No.
c. Bank Name
d. Date of bank in
e. Time of bank in
f. Banking Reference No.
g. Payment Amount and indicate if cash or cheque
h. Cheque number if payment by cheque
Please include our email address brickspage@gmail.com when you make the payment online, so that the bank will notify us through email once the transaction is completed and we will be able to update your order status immediately.
