We have received numerous requests from Lego fans in Dubai, Abu Dhabi and UAE, to help pre-order or source certain set(s) of Lego collection, primarily those that are Hard to Find, Exclusives or Retired Lego sets.
With
much excitement and regret, due to several back-out buyers previously, we wish
to implement a new set of rules for our “Pre-Order" or "Sourcing Lego Services”.
Our
terms and conditions are as follows:
1.
No Back-Out Buyer(s).
2.
For Pre-Order or “Sourcing Lego For You” Services, we will require the
following non-refundable deposits:

3.
Kindly note that the deposits are non-refundable upon our success of securing your
requested Hard to Find / Retired Lego sets.
4.
In the unlikely event that we failed to source the requested Lego sets for you,
the amount of deposit which you had paid will be fully refunded, free of
interest and without obligations.
5.
Sets will only be reserved when deposit is made. Otherwise, Brickpage reserves
the right to release the set for sale to other Lego buyer.
6.
Deposits will not be refunded if cancellation is made on any sets due to change
of mind, dissatisfaction of box conditions, etc. This applies to deposits for
pre-orders as well.
7.
Upon the sets that you requested arrive at our local fulfilment centre, you are
to remit the balance outstanding amount within 14 days of notice. Otherwise we
will reserve the rights to re-sell your Lego sets to other customers and your
non-refundable deposits will be forfeited.
8.
In the event that you cannot adhere to the 14 day time frame, we would
appreciate a full payment to secure your set completely.
9.
While we take reasonable care to get our supplier to pack your Lego sets with
reasonable amount of protective packing material, there are times where the
local postman or delivery agent may not exercise the same amount of care and
diligence, and may toss around your Lego boxes. This is usually understandable as
sometimes they may handle up to hundreds of boxes and parcels daily.
In
some circumstances there may be scenario where your Lego box(es) may creased or
suffer some dents, usually around the corner of the boxes, though the loose Lego
pieces inside would still be sealed in plastic bags and in good condition. At
times your Lego boxes may arrived in mint condition.
As
such we are not responsible for damage(s) caused to your Lego set(s) by third
party. As mentioned on our website, we are passionate about Lego and will not
deliberately make a dent to your Lego set(s) intentionally. Instead we usually strive to protect your Lego sets. So unless you are
acceptable to the terms and conditions stated on our website, please do not
place your order or request for the “Sourcing for Lego” services offered
herein.
10.
To source for a certain Lego sets that are Hard to Find/Retired sets, it may
sometimes takes 2 to 4 weeks to exceeding months. So if you cannot plan ahead or could
not afford to have the patience to wait, please do not place your order or
request with Brickspage.
